Nate is interested in cognitive and neural development, and the effects and mechanisms of attention, learning, and perception. He first became interested in cognitive science when he read, Train Your Mind, Change Your Brain, a book detailing a collaboration between a group of Buddhist monks and a neuroscience lab.
