B.S., New York University (2015)

Personal Website

Brynn is interested in how we pick up on structure in our environment (statistical learning) and how that structure shapes our memory for specific events (episodic memory). To explore this interaction between memory systems, she uses behavior, fMRI, and intracranial EEG. Brynn developed her interest in cognitive neuroscience — and memory specifically — after she was captivated by Endel Tulving’s concept of mental time travel.
